Active Lives Physical & Mental Wellbeing’ is an initiative run by Matt Lingley and Dr Sally Pears. Two personal trainers and behaviour change mentors who promote healthy attitudes to physical activity, offering lifestyle support, personal training as well as outdoor group exercise classes.

 

We strongly believe that physical activity is an essential part of total wellbeing, and we are passionate about helping people find enjoyable ways of incorporating activity into their daily lives.

 

We will help you work towards improving your mobility, coordination, body strength and boosting your confidence.  We do this by offering group exercise classes and personal training; selecting challenging and fun exercises and programmes to develop greater body awareness and body control.
